Tier Comparison and Field Gating

VidScore Enterprise Data ships in three tiers. Each tier unlocks more industries, deeper data fields, and additional infrastructure capabilities. Current schema version is 3.2.0.

Starter at $1,500 per month

Starter is how you get started with one industry. You get biweekly delivery in JSONL format with core entity detection: people, brands, and products with names and roles. People carry their name, role, and identity reference IDs only (the Google Knowledge Graph ID in google_kg_id plus Wikidata QID and Wikipedia URLs in the sameAs array); VidScore never delivers social handles or contact details. Every record carries video and channel metadata, English-translated title and channel name for non-English content, the detected audio language, VidScore's 17-vertical content_type (review, tutorial, conversation, etc.), the 20-slug industry tag with per-slug confidence (industries_detail), topics with slug and confidence, a summary, sentiment scoring per brand and product, and a sponsorship flag. IAB taxonomy classification (Content, Ad Product, CTV, Podcast genre) is gated to Growth and Scale. Team seats are unlimited on every tier including Starter. Support is 72-hour email. File retention is 90 days.

Growth at $4,000 per month

Growth unlocks the programmatic schema. You move to three industries, weekly delivery, and both JSONL and Parquet formats (4 normalized tables for direct warehouse loading). The data gets deeper: IAB Content Taxonomy 3.1 per video (with the OpenRTB cat array for DSP-native ingestion), IAB Ad Product Taxonomy 2.0 per brand and product, full sponsorship detail with type and disclosure flags, sentiment context (per-mention narrative explanation of the score), entity prominence levels (primary subject, secondary subject, passing mention), product pricing and comparison detail, and stable person identifiers with Wikidata QID and Wikipedia URLs in the sameAs array. Growth also adds the People Graph attributes: each person's occupation, domain expertise, presence status and presence score, whether they are a true guest, and how the person is portrayed (sentiment score, sentiment label, and sentiment context). Growth adds brand affiliate links (affiliate_url) when a mention surfaces one. Support is 48-hour email. File retention is 180 days.

Scale at $7,500 per month

Scale is enterprise-grade. Six industries with a dedicated cloud endpoint (one of: AWS S3, GCS, Azure Blob, or HTTPS webhook) for automated delivery. Enterprise SAML SSO for portal sign-in (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin, JumpCloud). RBAC with full audit logs and CSV export. Statement-level intelligence (video_statements: opinions, predictions, comparisons with stance, sentiment, strength, topics, and risk flags), now also delivered as a statements.parquet table, and per-brand industry claims (delivered as a Parquet table). Scale ships six Parquet tables in total: videos, people, brands, products, claims, and statements. Speaker attribution is intentionally not included because YouTube auto-captions do not support speaker diarization, so we do not assign quotes to specific people. Support is 24-hour priority. File retention is 365 days.

Field gating

Each tier includes a specific set of data fields. Fields above your tier are omitted from the feed. The data dictionary documents exactly which fields are available at each tier.

When to upgrade

If you need a field that is not in your current feed, or you need more industries, upgrade to the next tier. Email [email protected] or upgrade directly from the billing page in your portal.

Detailed reference

What you can expect

  • Growth: 3 industries, weekly, JSONL plus 4 Parquet tables, IAB Content Taxonomy 3.1, IAB Ad Product Taxonomy 2.0, OpenRTB cat array, sentiment context, prominence levels, full sponsorship detail, product pricing and comparison, person Wikidata/Wikipedia identifiers, People Graph attributes (occupation, expertise, presence status and score, true-guest flag, person portrayal sentiment), brand affiliate links, 180-day retention, 48-hour support
  • Scale: 6 industries, dedicated cloud endpoint, SAML SSO, audit log CSV export, statement-level intelligence (no speaker attribution) delivered as JSONL and a statements Parquet table, per-brand industry claims Parquet table, six Parquet tables total (videos, people, brands, products, claims, statements), 365-day retention, 24-hour priority support

Limits

  • Starter does not include Parquet, any IAB taxonomy (Content, Ad Product, CTV, Podcast), sentiment context, prominence levels, statement-level intelligence, or industry claims
  • Growth does not include SSO, dedicated cloud endpoints, statement-level intelligence, or industry claims
  • No tier includes historical backfill — deliveries cover videos analyzed since the previous delivery, not pre-onboarding history
  • No tier includes speaker attribution on quotes (YouTube auto-captions do not diarize)
  • No tier includes the internal VidScore quality score (it is an operational metric, not a customer field)
  • Custom per-field pricing is not available, tiers are fixed packages

Important context

The pipeline is tier-agnostic. Every video runs through the same extraction and scoring, and everything the model produces is stored in the database. Field gating is purely an export-time filter, which is why upgrading you can surface richer fields in your very next delivery without any rescan.
