Admins can invite unlimited team members at every tier. Each invite goes out as an email with a link that expires in 72 hours.
How to send an invite
Open the portal, scroll to the Team section, and click "+ Invite Member". Enter the invitee's work email, optionally their name, and pick their role, admin or member. Click "Send Invite". The system sends an email from [email protected] with a link back to the portal.
What happens next
When the invitee clicks the link, they are taken to the portal, enter their work email, and verify with a one-time code. On successful verification, they are signed in at the role you assigned. If they do not accept within 72 hours, the invite link expires, send a new one from the same form.
Choosing a role
Default to member. Members can download deliveries and see their own activity. Promote someone to admin only if they need to manage team membership, configure delivery settings, or review the full activity feed across everyone.
Unlimited seats
All three tiers (Starter, Growth, Scale) include unlimited team seats. You never pay per user. Invite every person who needs access to the data feed.

Limits
- Self-signup is not available, invites must come from an admin
- Inviting emails outside your company domain is allowed but not recommended
- Bulk CSV invite is not available in the portal (contact support for bulk onboarding)
What to do
- Use real work emails, not shared or alias inboxes
- Default to member role unless the person needs admin powers
- Resend expired invites via the same invite form
If something looks off
If an invite email never arrives, check the recipient's spam folder first. If it is still missing after 15 minutes, contact [email protected].
Important context
The invite email contains a link with an invite_token parameter. That token proves the invitee received the email. The actual session is established through OTP verification, so even if the token leaks, nobody can sign in without also receiving the code at the verified email address.
