Your portal is where your team downloads deliveries, manages members, and reviews activity. The portal link is unique to your organization and arrives in your welcome email after checkout.
Signing in
Open the portal link and enter your work email. We send a 6-digit code to your inbox. Enter the code and you are signed in for 30 days on that browser. No password to remember.
Staying signed in
The 30-day session is stored on the device you sign in from. If you sign out, clear your browser storage, or switch devices, you will be asked to verify again with a fresh one-time code.
Who can sign in
Only emails that appear on your organization's team list can sign in. The first admin is created from the email on your Stripe receipt. Every other teammate needs to be invited by an admin before they can access the portal.

Limits
- Password-based login is not supported
- SSO is not yet available (planned for Growth and Scale tiers)
- Shared logins are not supported, each person signs in with their own email
If something looks off
If you never received a welcome email, or the portal link returns "Link not found", contact [email protected] with your company name and Stripe receipt.
Important context
The portal URL itself is not secret, a URL alone cannot access your data. The bearer token is only granted after you verify your email with a one-time code. Share the URL internally with teammates who have been added to your team list.
