Every delivery your organization receives is listed in the portal under Delivery History, ordered newest first. Both admins and members can download files.
Finding a delivery
Scroll to the Delivery History section. Each row shows the delivery date, record count, file size, and status. Click a row to expand it and see the entity stats (unique channels, people, brands) and the download links.
Download buttons
Every delivery shows individual file download links. If the delivery has multiple files (JSONL plus Parquet on Growth and Scale), there is also a "Download All" button that triggers every file in sequence. Starter tier customers only see the JSONL file; Growth and Scale also get four Parquet tables (videos, people, brands, products).
Signed URL expiry
Each download link is a pre-signed URL valid for 7 days from the time the portal page loads. If you leave the page open longer than 7 days and try to click a link, it may have expired, refresh the portal page to generate fresh links.
Every download is logged
Clicking any download link writes a data.downloaded audit event with the file name, delivery date, and your email. Admins can review this log from the Activity section.

What to do
- Download the most recent delivery as soon as the email lands

If something looks off
If a delivery row is stuck in "generating" for more than an hour, or file sizes are zero, contact [email protected] with the delivery date.
Important context
Signed URLs are single-use-friendly but also valid for 7 days, anyone with the URL can download the file during that window. Do not paste signed URLs into shared chat channels. Download once, store in your warehouse, and link to the stored copy for internal sharing.
