When your enterprise plan goes live you become the first admin automatically. Here is the short list of things to do before handing the portal to your team.
Step 1: Sign in and bookmark the portal
Open the link from your welcome email, enter your work email, verify the one-time code. Bookmark the portal URL so you can find it easily, you will come back every time a delivery lands.
Step 2: Add a second admin
Never run a production enterprise account with a single admin. If that one admin leaves or loses access, the team is stranded. Invite one trusted teammate as admin before you add anyone else.
Step 3: Invite your data consumers
Add the rest of your team as members. Members can download deliveries and view their own activity but cannot manage the team or change settings. Invitations are sent via email with a link that expires in 72 hours.
Step 4: Review the activity feed
The activity feed is empty until people start using the portal. Once the first delivery lands and people begin downloading files, every action is recorded. Admins can review the full feed, filter by category, and export to CSV for compliance reviews.

Important context
The last-admin rule prevents you from being locked out: you cannot demote or remove the final admin of an organization. Adding a second admin early unlocks the ability to transfer ownership later.
