What to report

  • Content involving child exploitation or endangerment
  • Graphic, abusive, or violent content
  • Associations that could facilitate harm or harassment
  • Impersonation for malicious purposes

How to report

Email [email protected] with relevant links. Note clearly if the concern involves a child, abuse, or imminent harm.

Detailed reference

What you can expect

  • Content that appears to involve child exploitation or endangerment
  • Graphic, abusive, or violent content surfaced by VidScore
  • Associations that could facilitate harm, harassment, or abuse
  • Content that appears to involve impersonation for malicious purposes

Limits

  • Guarantees that all harmful content is detected or prevented. Safeguards are not perfect
  • Detailed explanations of safety mechanisms. These are not disclosed
  • Automated resolution of safety concerns. All safety reports are reviewed by humans

How it works

Safety reports are handled separately from general accuracy reports. They are prioritized for manual review, and in cases involving children or immediate harm, they receive the highest priority. The review process does not follow up in all cases. Some reports are resolved without direct communication.

The system includes safeguards designed to reduce exposure to certain categories of harmful content, but no automated system can guarantee complete coverage. Reports help close the gap between what the system catches and what exists.

Common misconceptions

  • Believing that the existence of harmful content means safeguards have failed. Safeguards reduce risk but cannot eliminate it
  • Expecting a detailed response to every safety report. Some are resolved without follow-up
  • Assuming VidScore intentionally surfaces harmful content. Harmful results are unintended and treated as priority issues

What to do

  • Please do not send passwords, private messages, identity documents, payment details, or other sensitive personal information
