Reporting Incorrect Analysis

If you see a VidScore result that looks wrong - a misidentified person, an inaccurate score, or incorrect associations - you can flag it for review.

How to report

Use the report form linked from any video page, or email [email protected]. Include the video link and what you think the correct outcome should be.

What happens next

Flagged results are reviewed and may be corrected or suppressed. We can't share internal review details, but your report directly helps improve accuracy for everyone.

Detailed reference

What you can expect

  • Results that appear factually incorrect or misleading
  • Associations that do not match what is visible in the original content
  • Scores that seem inconsistent with the observable evidence
  • Summaries that omit critical context or overemphasize minor details

Limits

  • Guarantees that reported issues will result in changes. Each report is evaluated individually
  • Explanations of why a specific result was generated. The system does not disclose its reasoning
  • Direct responses to every report. Some are reviewed without follow-up

How it works

Reports are submitted through support forms that ask for basic context: the page or video link, what appears incorrect, and a brief description of the issue. This information is used to evaluate the concern. Reports involving accuracy are assessed based on what is observable in the original content.

Not all reports result in visible changes. In some cases, the reported result may be accurate despite appearing surprising. In other cases, changes may take time. The review process is designed to be thorough rather than fast.

Common misconceptions

  • Expecting an immediate correction after reporting. Reports are reviewed, not auto-resolved
  • Believing that a lack of follow-up means the report was ignored. Many reports are reviewed without direct response
  • Assuming that disagreeing with a result means it is wrong. Some results are accurate but surprising

What to do

  • Please do not send passwords, private messages, identity documents, payment details, or other sensitive personal information
