Why VidScore Does Not Guarantee Completeness

VidScore does not guarantee that every relevant person, brand, or detail appears in results. Gaps are normal and usually reflect data availability, not deliberate exclusion.

Why results are incomplete

Completeness depends on the volume and quality of publicly available content. Videos with clear metadata produce better results. New creators, niche topics, and content in some languages may produce sparse or empty results.

If something seems missing

Contact support with the relevant link and a description of what you expected to see. Reports help identify gaps the system cannot detect on its own.

Detailed reference

What you can expect

  • Sections that appear empty or less detailed than expected
  • Topics or associations that are not mentioned despite seeming relevant
  • Results that feel partial compared to what the user already knows
  • Variations in detail level across different profiles or pages

Limits

  • Guarantees that every relevant person, brand, or product will be surfaced
  • Commitments to specific levels of detail or coverage
  • Explanations for why specific information is absent from results

How it works

Completeness depends on multiple factors: the volume and quality of publicly available content, the clarity of metadata (titles, descriptions, tags), the ability of automated systems to extract relevant information, and the structure of the content itself. A video with a detailed description and clear mentions will produce more complete results than one with minimal metadata.

Some gaps are systemic. Content in certain languages may be processed with less accuracy. New creators with limited content may have sparse profiles. Niche topics may not produce enough data for meaningful analysis. These are inherent limitations of working with public content at scale.

Common misconceptions

  • Assuming missing information means VidScore deliberately excluded it. Gaps reflect data availability, not editorial choice
  • Believing that a complete-looking result is necessarily accurate. Detail and accuracy are independent
  • Expecting VidScore to surface information that does not exist in publicly available content
  • Treating empty sections as errors. They may simply reflect limited data

What to do

  • Do not assume that absent information means something negative or was deliberately removed
