Content type filtering
If VidScore shows a message like "VidScore doesn't rate [content type]", the video type is not supported. This is expected behavior, not an error. See the Supported Pages article for details on which content types VidScore analyzes.

Contact support with the video link and a description of what you see (blank panel, loading spinner, etc.).
